Hello, I recently placed an order from Mr. Puffs on uber eats and I’m very disappointed with the experience. First, your promotion showed “Buy 1 Get 1 Free,” but I only received one box of puffs. Secondly, my order was incorrect. I ordered Baklawa puffs and also paid extra for it and the Bueno flavour, but instead I received Bueno and Cinnamon Sugar puffs. On top of that, the puffs tasted stale and were not fresh or enjoyable. I would appreciate a proper solution for this issue, either a refund, replacement, or compensation for the incorrect and poor-quality order. Please look into this as so
