No complaints. It might be the best pasta I’ve ever had. It did take about 1hr for it to be ready, but once you try it, you can understand why. There was also plenty of people ordering and picking up as I picked mine up.

Pastamaan was recommended to me by coworkers which is how I stumbled upon this gem. Ordered the Penne Vodka and added sausage. The flavour was fantastic and the pasta noodles were done perfectly. It also had a little kick of heat. I called ahead to order which allowed me to confirm if they were open before showing up to order. Upon my arrival, they were friendly and polite. I didn’t add stars for atmosphere because it’s a food truck, so it’s grab and go. The quantity is substantial and I’ll definitely be having leftovers. One order is enough for two people. I will definitely order from here ag
