I have been a loyal customer of Gino’s for over 25 years. We recently moved to Brantford from the GTA where we had an amazing Gino’s. This one is horrible! My husband walked in and right away they said “can you wait” rudely as he was just standing there waiting. He brought the pizza home and we ordered three pizza’s all with thick crust. When I opened the boxes they were all thin crust. I called Gino’s number they contacted the store. The store then called me a liar and said they made it right. As you can see from the pictures below that is not thick crust pizza. Thank goodness Brantford has

I had a very disappointing experience at Gino’s Pizza, 63 Brant Ave, Brantford. I ordered a walk in special pizza in advance because I did not want to wait at the store. However, when I arrived, the pizza was not ready and I still had to wait until it was made. And haven’t even started making. After finally bringing the pizza home, we immediately realized it was not what we usually order. We always order the same pizza from this location Hot BBQ sauce base with ground beef, oregano, and chili peppers.
