I LOVE this place. The ramen are so good. The staff are friendly and quick. I never had to wait much for anything. I drive almost 2 hours to get there everytime and I'm never dissapointed. My only complaint is how small the place is it can feel a little crowded when there's the supper rush, other than that, it's probably my favorite ramen spot so far. Took most of my friends there and they are never dissapointed either.

The broth was incredibly flavourful and rich. Portions are generous and big. My girlfriend ordered the Red Dragon, which was delicious but ended up being a bit too spicy for her taste. The staff were kind and understanding, and offered us a replacement without any hesitation. Would definitely go back despite the long drive.

My wife and I tried Ramen Isshin for the first time and we both loved it. We shared a couple Korokke for appetizers then had the spicy and regular miso ramen and everything was great. The staff was very friendly.

the place is a bit too dark, a bit too small, still ok to sit down. For the ramen, soup based is very good, not too salty, we don't find thristy after the meal. Ramen itself is chewable, not soft. Also, it is so fun to grind the seasame.
