Disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I bought a Too Good To Go bag advertised at approximately $15 value, but received only 6 donuts. This is the SECOND time this location has failed to provide anything close to the advertised value. When I raised the issue, the employee argued with me instead of resolving it. Customers shouldn't have to debate with staff over offers that are clearly advertised. I will be reporting this to Too Good To Go. If this location cannot provide bags that reasonably match the advertised value, it should not be listed on the platform. Instead of resolving the issue

I am writing to report a deeply unprofessional and upsetting experience at your drive-thru on May 28 at around 10:30 AM. From the moment I began speaking English, the male server with glasses began yelling at me while taking my order. When I arrived at the window to pay and requested a straw and a cup sleeve, he shouted at me to 'go away.' His aggressive behavior was entirely unprovoked and ruined my entire morning. I expect better service and will not be visiting this location again. They better train their staff again to behave professionally without considering the language of the customers

Employes are at there best.Regular customers always want to be served by the same employees because they know what they want.I find that its not just the display of the rack for the donuts whats important,its respect towards the employees by saying good morning and saying great job.. Not to be negative but also give good polnts how well they are doing.And a raise towards inflation.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. You always have to wait around 20 minutes for your order. Whenever something takes too long to make, they just say, “Sorry, we don’t have it right now,” or “Our machine is broken.” This happens way too often. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with their service and won’t be coming back.
