Ibex offers a beautiful, bright atmosphere with massive windows for a great outdoor view while you eat. We tried chai latte and maple cinnamon latte which were flavorful with boasting smooth microfoam and precise latte art. On the food side, the thick-cut yogurt french toast loaded with fresh kiwi, blueberries, and berry compote was a standout. While the rest of the food and coffee were great, the bao buns felt overpriced for the quality provided. They looked fantastic but didn't quite deliver the flavor or value expected for the price. Because everything else was so good, it still easily walk

Low carb breakfast is bomb! If you're hungry and looking for a high protein, decent priced meal, this will hit the spot! Cafe has plenty of outdoor seating when the weather's nice and is dog friendly. Lots of room inside for small or medium sized groups. Service is always good, friendly staff.

People said they came for the view but which view they talked about? Easy to park and many washrooms as it's inside the Discovery center. Food & drinks were average. We tried 3 kinds of pastries and the apple fritter was terrible (too doughy and sticky). Apple cider and mocha are okay.

Uncomfortable atmosphere overall. I ordered a latte when there was no line, but apparently latte art is too much to expect for a $6.50 coffee 😆 The coffee itself wasn’t good either. Probably won’t be coming back.
