This review is not about the Tim's hence the good review. Everything was amazing. I'm writing this in case the lady I saw earlier decides to write a review (Yes, very petty, but I had to vent). Lady with the neon green sports bra, black biker shorts, and white cap (Also had a cute dog), THIS IS FOR YOU. I don't know if you think the world revolves around you, but you can't just stand in between the 7/11 and Tim's line, leave the Tim's line, and just come back to it and cut in front because you decided it was your turn. I dread going to this Tim Hortons. The staff are always rude and never have a clue what’s going on. Picking up an order is always stressful and they usually forget an item or two. The unfriendly staff and lack of organization makes the experience at this Tim Hortons dreadful.

I sometimes go there to pick up a item for too good to go. When a store clerk wearing a black scarf serves customers, she always brings donuts of the same color, so I no longer look forward to going there. I won't go again

Giving 5 stars because I'm in here almost daily. It's always extremely busy and the staff work non stop. I'm sure it must be a hard job to deal with so many different types of people and remembering orders etc. Just giving some recognition. Cheers
