I visited this Tim Hortons location on May 17th around 4:30 PM, and I specifically want to appreciate the excellent service provided by Navdeep. She greeted me very warmly and made sure my order was entered correctly. After placing our order, my mother wanted to make some changes to her drink, and when we explained how we wanted it, Navdeep corrected it without showing any frustration or irritation. Used to go here every morning as the service is very fast. Until on two separate mornings, I ordered a large iced tea without ice and got a cup nearly half empty. When I asked on the second occurrence, the cashier said, “We’re out of medium cups”, so even she noticed how empty it was. Then when she saw I’d ordered large, she clarified that it was a directive from the owner. Seems that, ice or no ice, their new fountain system is just a method to rip customers off for volume in their beverage and save a penny’s worth of syrup. I have visited this Tim Hortons twice to get coffee, and on both occasions I noticed a female employee wearing a black jacket. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a name tag, so I do not know her name or position, as well haven’t visor on head. During both visits, I observed her speaking very rudely to her coworkers and even raising her voice at them. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness this behavior. Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. At the drive-through, my order never showed up on the screen — I was waiting to confirm it, but the lady just told me to drive up instead. Because of that, the order got messed up. I had ordered one medium steep tea (triple triple), one vanilla creamy chill (medium), one ice cap (small), and one iced coffee (small).
