Another cute little café! Unfortunately it's a bit out of the way for me, but it had been on my list for a while and I happened to be in the area. I ordered the pistachio latte and it was excellent. It didn't have that artificial pistachio flavor that a lot of places have, it actually tasted like real pistachio. I also tried their lemon tonic espresso, which is something you don't see very often in. They made it really well. It's been popular in parts of Asia for a long time, so it was nice to find a good version here. The pistachio pastry was delicious too. We also got a chocolate cheeseca

I have been visiting Doe Coffee Roasters semi-regularly since opening, and I have never been disappointed. I have tried many of their drinks and pastries but I always come back to their iced matcha latte. Some of the pastries are a little bit pricey, but it is always worth it. The presentation and taste is admirable. Occasionally, it is too busy to sit indoors, but that is expected in a small and popular space. This is a good spot for studying or hanging out with a friend.

We ordered strawberry matcha and pistachio dessert. The matcha was smooth and not bitter at all, and it went wonderfully with the strawberry jam. The pistachio dessert was also delicious. The atmosphere was also very relaxed. Matcha is the most satisfying drink I've ever had.
