One of the best Poutine I've had in Quebec. We tried Poutine Flash Barbeque and Flash Burger (the most popular items on the menu). They both were really good. We did order an additional Egg Guedille. The Guedille stuffing was from the fridge, and I didn't really like it. With our meals, they included a complementary small carrot cake bite. It was great. I asked for a complete piece but they didn't have it available. The only desert they had was a poor man's pudding. Which was way too sweet for me. I'm going to say something that might start an international incident, but West Coast poutine is far superior to anywhere else poutine. The poutine is as good as any in Eastern Canada. What you need to have is the burger. The burgers are good. Their Flash Bough is really good. It is essentially a sloppy Joe. Have it on a burger.

The hot-dog all dressed is very good, with lettuce and tomatoes, a bit like Chicago style. The fries are good, the BBQ sauce could have more flavour in the Poutine. Large parking and plenty of places to eat, either inside or outside. A table even has swings instead of chairs. They don't take credit/debit but they have interac transfers. Overall, very good cantine.

Friendly staff, we ordered a regular poutine, a mini frivole poutine and a hot-dog. Everything was tasty and fresh. They only accept cash or Interact e-transfert.
