My friend and I came in today to grab snacks. I ordered two chicken crave-able wraps, and when I was about half way through my wrap I noticed I was swallowing hair; when I looked down I saw multiple strands of black hair (my hair is light brown). So I went up to the counter and asked if they could make me another one, I was met with attitude, and another wrap with the same hair in it. I felt guilty, so I left without mentioning it once more. Horrible drive thru experience with the drive thru this morning. I ordered a coffee and a blt with cheddar cheese on a everything bagel. The lady just went ahead and ordered for me what she wanted?!?! She then argued with me when I asked why is not on a bagel. Get to work to discover I now have egg added to the sandwich. I knew I should of checked it again before leaving. Why are you arguing with customers and changing their orders? Try listening to what customers ask for and do that! Worst location in the city

We had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons around 10:40 p.m., close to closing time. I ordered a iced coffee and my friend ordered a small double-double. His coffee was as cold as an iced coffee. Being considerate, he politely asked if they could heat it up, saying he just prefers very hot coffee. Instead, the two ladies at the window raised their voices and insisted the coffee wasn’t cold. I even offered to pay for a new one, but they refused. The staff was unprofessional. I ordered an Oreo ice cappuccino, but the quality was terrible. The liquid was thin and watery. When I asked the employee Aarti to remake it and fix it, she refused. Instead, she claimed the machine was faulty, leaving me powerless. When I asked for a manager, she claimed to be the supervisor, but there wasn’t one. I also mentioned that the whipped cream was much less soaked in the liquid, but she was so arrogant that she told me that’s how an ice cappuccino is supposed to be. I have been drinking ice Capp from 7 years now
