Great place! Restaurant connected was delicious with a beautiful view from our room. There was this random power outage but otherwise amazing time. Would stay here again. Staff was wonderful and accommodated for our english since our french wasn’t great.

We stayed for one night in a room with a view. The view was indeed lovely and it was nice to hang out on the balcony. The room wasn't the most clean. There was a used coffee pod in the Keurig, and when I filled the water reservoir, a dust bunny came out from the bottom of the water tank... The soap package in the shower was also open. The room was a little dated but otherwise comfortable and spacious. We were not able to get a good connection on the wifi. Not worth the price. The first room had a strong stench, and when we went to shower, the water came out rusty orange. We let it run for several minutes and it remained brown (see photo). We were moved to another room, only to discover the heating system didn’t work. With outside temperatures at -25°C, we spent the night freezing. The following night, we were moved again, and this time the door lock was not functioning. It would have been worth it just for the view and the grounds. But I didn't expect a good restaurant with what must be the best patio in the region. Also, very professional staff. My room was clean and modest which is all you need when it's part of such a pleasant overall package. If you don't need a place to stay, come for the restaurant. It's also a pleasant 30 minute walk to the old port area and the historic bridge which is now dedicated to cycling and pedestrians. The centre of town has nice public spaces but felt empty on a Sunday, even in high season, so staying on the edge of downtown
