The chefs are clearly inspired to create different plates with fresh ingredients. We decided to have the Table D'Hote. This was a 7 course meal that had many different choices available. Every course was fantastic. Our server was really kind and offered us a terrific experience. I think this may have been my favorite supper I have had in the Saguenay region.
