Absolutely delicious. It was nice finally being able to eat in and enjoy the freshness that is Benny&Co poutine since when you do take out the cheese will stick together in a clump and it’s not as pleasant of an experience. The service was impeccable and the restaurant as a whole was very clean. The food was freshly prepared and at optimal temperatures, would definitely visit this location in the near future. Also, the fountain drink have the new coke dispenser where you can add in a multitude of flavours which was a nice addition. Overall, highly recommended if you want to try poutine =)

I've never complained about a restaurant on google, but I felt like I had to share my nightmarish experience with Benny. I had ordered a club sandwich with a poutine and a soft drink. The bread was extremely soggy and inedible, and there wasn't any cheese for the poutine, which I had payed for. The delivery guy told me he they had forgotten the cheese when he handed me my order, and then left while laughing before I could say anything. I called the restaurant and nobody answered. This restaurant has proved that they don't care about their customers. Save yourself some trouble and order from so

Pleasantly happy 😃 first time eating at this franchise. 12$ taxes in for an open salad bar plus infinite soup with a main meal is pretty decent.
