A fair experience, but room for improvement. I recently visited Madame Paulette and overall, the experience wasn’t bad—but it didn’t quite meet expectations either. The chicken tenders were well fried and had a good texture, but unfortunately, they lacked flavor. There was very little seasoning, which made them feel somewhat flat despite being cooked properly. The fries were the biggest disappointment. They seemed over-fried—very dark, almost burnt, which affected both the taste and overall enjoyment of the meal. We went to Madame Poulet with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The staff refused to speak English with us, so we had to order in French, which was manageable but still not very welcoming. We ordered four plates: the new Chicken Tomacluck for myself and three chicken burgers for my wife and kids. The “chicken burgers” are not really burgers — they’re chicken tenders placed inside a hamburger bun — so be aware of that before ordering.
