Ordered Yam fries came soggy ordered root beer in a mug it should be -15 was 4c. Asked them to remake the fries they did but also when I ordered the fries the person handed me the chipotle mayo and it should be served on the tray when the order is up. Place could have been cleaner I ate at a high top table which was visible dirty and sticky.

I was so upset with customer service because whoever they put on drive through was either new or clueless which made the process SO much harder (i just wanted to get 2 meals). Eventually someone else took over and sped up the process. Also, i got my bfast sandwich and please see the photos :/ like thats a joke. Was someone angry making my sandwich? I could barely eat it while driving. I had to pull over and eat it by small broken up pieces 🤦🏽‍♀️ that was very upsetting. The whole interaction and visit could have been a lot easier and smoother :/

I recommend the manager evaluate the implementation of a rear entrance to enhance customer accessibility. The current layout necessitates patrons parking in the rear to traverse a considerable distance, approximately 500 meters or more, to access the primary entrance or utilize the drive-through, which may not align with the intended design for optimal customer flow. Ensuring customer health and safety is paramount, particularly given the current drive-through access, which presents potential hazards for pedestrians.

My experience at this place was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. The appearance of the food was extremely unappealing, lacking even the most basic standards of presentation. It felt as though there was no care or attention given to quality or detail. As for the taste, it was very poor and completely lacking in flavor, giving the impression that the ingredients were not fresh at all.
