Come to this location quite often, I take advantage of the happy hour drinks and get upwards to 2 lattes a day, plus regular coffee, and just recently was told I cannot ask for less ice in my drink as I find this location rips me off. I’ll be switching locations, I don’t have to ask for less ice anywhere else but here. Overpriced ice, I’m homeless. Tim’s is a treat, this is sad. I’ll make the commute to highfield, or Portland st to get what I ask for. Not paying for overpriced ice.

The staff at this Tim's know me by name,been going here for years. I'm a pain in the butt who changes their order everyday or can't have expresso in my drinks but they accommodate that for me with kindness. All the staff are so sweet and show nothing but kindness when speaking with you. I've maybe had a handful of mishaps over 8 years,but they were always handled with care.

I gotta say this is the fastest and most efficient tim hortons in all of HRM. Theyre quick to take your order and quick to serve your order. Drive through could be stacked with cars during the morning rush they'll have you through as quick as possible. Also very friendly and hard working staff!

We stop here every morning on the way to work. The coffee is always hot and tasty. The staff are absolutely phenomenal. Cheerful and smiling. I appreciate their enthusiastic attitudes.
