Earls Kitchen + Bar has always been one of my favorite restaurants, so of course I had to visit one while I was in Calgary. Once again, the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. My favorite dish is the salmon with caper aioli, and it was absolutely spectacular. The salmon tasted incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Cocktails at happy hour was ok , my self as bartender I feel quality and quantity need some touch (garnish, balance) Appis was amazing, except dumpling. In Main course I had pasta, I feel I can cook better than that. I don’t know, I should not complain, but SOPs should not be neglected of service. Rest ambience is amazing. Genuinely, my experience is leaning towards below average.

For such a special occasion, a server can make or break your experience and our server was the icing on the cake!
