Went on Sunday afternoon, not busy at all. Order the Washed Panama Gesha Deborah Terroir as a pourover as I really wanted good coffee after having some bad ones from another roaster. The coffee was great overall (floral, fruity, sweet, and tea like), but the finishing was a little dry. No big deal. The service was left a bit to be desired. The baristas intended to brew the Gesha into a paper cup, a pet peeve of many serious drinkers, when I order it as for here. The barista used a carafe after I asked -thank you. But another disappointment came up when i received the drink with a dirty servi
