I came here for my birthday and such a wonderful way to celebrate and again, to top it off.... incredible service. She was well versed in the food menu and alcohol menu. She was funny, personable…. Give her a promotion ! EVERY recommendation she made ended up being our favourite item of the night. Scallops that melted in your mouth, the main course and the dessert ! She absolutely deserves to be promoted!! Best server we’ve had in Edmonton. PERIOD.

The staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. I used to think of Sabor just for date nights, but after this experience I realized it truly is a family restaurant, too. They made our kids feel so special and seen. The food was impeccable, including the kid's pasta- we were both surprised by the quality of the dish! Our parents also enjoyed their meal. Ana P★★★★★Came here for my birthday and the service was amazing, from receiving a birthday card to changing out our plates & cutlery after appetizers. We had the tomato salad, lobster risotto, seafood paella and the octopus. Needless to say, they were all delicious and worth its value. The risotto specifically stood out to me, the texture was perfectly soft and creamy. The seafood also tasted quite fresh, almost forgot I was in Alberta!

Really enjoyed their scallops, jamon and caldo verde dishes, also have a great selection of drinks. The atmosphere in this restaurant is upscale, however service could have been a bit better. Arriving as soon as they opened, staff seemed very stressed and running around setting up. Not seeming fully prepared even though no one was in the restaurant yet. Overall great place for the food.
