Most dirty place. They make people wait for over 10mins for a simple black medium when they don't like you as you order and they told you it's still brewing but you know it's actually not. Staff walking around doing God knows what. Never ever saw any staff cleaning up or sanitizing the tables.

I think you need to pick your battles on who to let lounge and enjoy a coffee and whatever. The way it is there is not a professional environment. The workers are fine . Its the area. Kick everyone out of there . I honestly was just about to go grab a coffee but I lost my appetite and coffee didn't matter.

I came in and asked for the Raspberry Mojito Iced Tea (see picture), which I literally got from this store days ago. The woman rudely dismissed me at first, saying they didn't do iced tea, and gave no other options or similar equivalents. I've worked for Tim Hortons, and that's literally what customer service is about—you want to encourage a sale, not discourage one. So I searched up this photo on the website and asked her if they did this drink. She said yes, but they don't do iced tea.
