Bar Corso absolutely delivered — 5/5 from start to finish. We started with the Pane ($10) — house semolina sourdough with herbed lemon butter and it was a 10/10. Simple but so well executed, and tasted incredibly fresh and flavourful honestly one of the highlights of the night. The Patatine al Tartufo ($3) — black truffle chips, were the perfect savoury bite to snack on. The Zucca ($17) was a standout — roasted and marinated squash with smoked maple syrup, pecorino romano, chicory, and pumpkin seed pesto. The tasting menu was so good with really unique flavours and ingredients like guinea fowl and sea buckthorns. The service was also exceptional and felt really personal because the owner himself was talking and sharing stories with every table! 10/10 new favorite!

This has now become our favorite! Wonderful small local resto/bar with amazing cocktails and food in a fun & vibrant neighborhood . Best Negroni I’ve had! Service was amazing. The owner was absolutely lovely ! If you’re looking for an innovative take on Italian cicchetti ( small dishes to share ) that is still rooted in tradition this is THE place. Try their tasting menu instead of a La carte. You won’t be disappointed or leave hungry. It’s a promise.
