The cortados here are consistently over-extracted and bitter, unpleasant to drink. I was generous to even ask for the drink remake but it still the same. To make matters worse, the milk texture is way off—too much foam and zero integration. Vancouver has a massive growing coffee scene; don't waste your time here when so many other shops actually prioritize quality and have a better coffee program.

Small cafe , cute vibe and friendly staff. Tried churro donut , muffin and Boston cream donut. Baking was really tasty and displayed cute in the case. Also iced matcha, iced “hot” chocolate , and strawberry mocha. Strawberry mocha was a 1/5 in my opinion did not finish drinking it. Matcha was decent , and iced chocolate was ok lots of ice. These sizes of cups were each around $6.50

I've been coming to Prado for years now and popped in again last weekend, and it still hasn't lost a step. The baristas clearly know their craft, and my cortado was perfectly pulled with that silky texture you just don't get at most places. The space on Commercial Drive has this relaxed, lived-in vibe that makes it easy to stay for a couple of hours without feeling rushed. If you're a coffee person living in or visiting Vancouver, this is genuinely one of the best spots in the city.

The hot mocha has a mild, unsweetened taste that coffee lovers will appreciate. The atmosphere is warm and inviting — a great spot to unwind and enjoy the afternoon. Worth trying for sure!
