Very poor service. Multiple times in December, the staff did not follow the order queue and served people who ordered after me first. Tonight, I bought two sandwiches—both buns were burned and tasted awful due to burnt onions. Clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Very disappointing.

I come to this Tim Hortons almost every day before work and usually order a medium coffee with 2 cream and 1 sugar. Sometimes when it’s busy, the coffee tastes like sugary water instead of actual coffee, and my order gets messed up often. I understand that rush hours can be stressful, but customers still expect care and consistency. My morning coffee helps me get through work, so it’s really disappointing when the order is wrong and the quality is poor. I hope the staff can pay more attention to orders and improve consistency, especially during busy times.
