Recently returned back to Wild Thyme for lunch in January 2026. I remember first coming across this place back in 2016 and I used to frequent this place for lunch when I worked in the area. But it's been about 7 years since we were last here. We ordered the 1/2 Kafta 1/2 Chicken with Rice ($64.95) which is good enough for 2 people. I really like the kafta here. And even tho the chicken breast is thick, it's not overly dry. We also ordered the 1/2 and 1/2 Flatbread ($36.95) which comes with a half order of Fattoush Salad. A beloved traditional Mediterranean and Middle Eastern restaurant has been a staple in the NW for many years. They offer delicious dips with flatbread, tasty pizza, and especially wonderful hummus. Their pizza is a true highlight and definitely worth trying. Just a heads-up, the restaurant can get quite noisy, which might make it hard to fully enjoy your meal.

Wild Thyme is absolutely worth the visit. The wait was over an hour on a Saturday, but honestly, it was completely worth it. The food was outstanding, everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the service was great, very friendly and attentive. We didn’t try the drinks this time, but the cocktails we saw on other tables looked amazing. Overall, a 9.5/10 experience only because of the long wait. We’ll definitely be back to try the drinks. Highly recommend!
