Food and service were both okay, the broth for the beef noodles tasted sour ???? The satay one was better. The servings come with a lot of meat compared to the noodles which was good. The pork banh mi we got was yummy!

Rating: ★★★☆☆ I visited Pho 99 in the evening mainly because it’s conveniently close to Shoppersmart. The place seemed quite busy, even after 8 PM, with plenty of diners still enjoying their meals. I ordered their classic pho, a traditional spring roll, a hot Vietnamese French coffee, and a mungo smoothie. The pho was pretty standard—not bad, but nothing exceptional that stood out. The spring rolls were fresh and seemed homemade, with generous fillings, but again, the flavor was just average. The hot French coffee was decent, but there wasn’t anything memorable about it either. I came to this restaurant with my family of 5. Right as we are seated we are served waters and menus and it was ok at first. Not only was the food alright our servers seemed undertrained, non professional, confused and unkind. She had forgotten our order twice and had made our order wrong. She had taking our order using memory and i think thats where everything went wrong. Throughout dining in, their staff had not checked in with us or checking to fill our waters but proceeded to fill others. Towards the end i had gone up to pay the bill of total $150 for table of 5, but they rounded up to $17
