My mornings are so much better lately. The morning staff are so friendly cheerful and just enjoy serving you. There is a new cute smiling happy small girl who you cant see until you get to the front of the line who is doing great as a new employee. Patti and Tammy and also fantastic employees who make your visit just a little better as well. Keep doing great things at this location

I am a frequent customer of this Tim Hortons and today when I went in with my two children, I ordered a farmers breakfast wrap with my hash brown on the side , as I entered the building staff were whispering, and when I went to go place my order the very friendly cashier told me that she was just notified to not allow me to order my hash brown on the side. I order my farmers wraps like this at every Tim Hortons I go to, and it’s never been an issue, including the three locations that are owned by the specific owner. I’ve never felt so disrespected in a customer service setting. My recent visit to Tim Hortons was completely overshadowed by the behavior of the manager, Patti. She spoke to me in a raised voice and in an incredibly condescending tone, completely unprovoked. There is absolutely no excuse for a manager — someone who is supposed to set the standard for staff, to treat customers this way. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. Worst service ever, they were all working like a trainee, not a single one knew what are they doing. Kept messing orders over and over.. Don’t get me started on there attitude, whatever they think they are don’t even know how to make a good coffee!
