Great for date night ! It was our first time at Meule et Caquelon a couple of weeks ago, for our Friday date night. I knew the place existed, but the store front is not very inviting (you'll see when you go). I was committed to finding the entrance and exploring, and I am pleased that we did. The staff wear lederhosen. You can cook your own food on these tabletop grills. Their beer choice is superior to any other restaurant that I can think of (short of actual beer specialty places). Péché Mortel by the pint !! Wow. We got a fancy meat mix for 2 which included the stuff on the photos. S

This was truly an amazing experience. If you are looking for authentic swiss food, this is the place to go. The food was incredible, the wait staff are amazing and the drinks are affordable (rare these days). I cannot recommend this place enough! Merci encore pour une soirée magique!

Very welcoming! The lady who was serving us is bilingual. She is very helpful as it was our first time to try cheese fondue, raclette and valais. We ordered a little bit of everything. The owner is very friendly. He told us the business is already in its 26th years. For sure will go back.

Wonderful meal! They brought us out a salad to start with and honestly the homemade sauce was the best dressing I've ever had on a salad. We had the La Raclette meal and the fondue. Our server recommended a very nice fruity cocktail made with a fruit beer and it was delicious! It was fun to grill our own meats and veggies to our preferences. The staff and owner were very helpful and gave an explanation on how to enjoy our meal with the spices and sauces provided. Wish we had something in the states like this. Definitely a must if you are in the area.
