This is my usual go-to spot for getting burritos but today when I was eating my burrito I bit into something very hard, I thought it was just a hard piece of chicken but with further inspection it was a piece of wood or maybe a bone. None the less, the piece was very sharp and not edible. Please review where you guys are prepping your food because this isn’t okay.

Absolutely disgusting, all day i was looking forward for a large crunchy chicken burrito. But then i open up the foil i all i see is slop. It is absolutely abissmal that they have no clue how to wrap a burrito. Honestly just ruined my week how disappointing this burrito was. Please do not waste your time and money in this dump.

I’m posting this to bring awareness. This is my second time having the same problem with this location. Unfortunately I will no longer be buying food from Barburrito Georgetown. I ordered a burrito and it completely fell apart because the wrap was soaked in sauce. If I wanted a burrito bowl, I would have ordered a bowl. Not only was there way too much sauce that it turned to mush but all the meat was on one side and all the toppings on the other. I was extremely disappointed and wish a little more care was put into making my burrito

I have visited other Bar Burrito locations and the quality was really good so I thought I would give this one a try. I ordered two beef soft&hard shell tacos and two extreme fries. The beef was very soupy, the tomatoes looked to be diced over a day old (or overly ripe), and the lettuce was turning brown. I made a comment while I ordered about how the lettuce looked brown, staff just shrugged...so not reassuring to how long it had been sitting there. I would go to BarBurrito in Kitchener again, but not this location unfortunately.
