The restaurant has a warm, family-run atmosphere and offers a wonderful blend of Iranian, Syrian, and Lebanese cuisine that feels authentic and welcoming. Since it was our first visit, we asked our server for recommendations, and we’re glad we did. Every dish he suggested was phenomenal. Tirweka means breakfast in a dialect of arabic, to my knowledge. And this place delivered. We went as a group of 5 early morning around 1 am since they had ramadan hours for sahur (morning meal before fasting). We ordered one traditional breakfast, one cheese pie, one fool (Fava bean dip), one shakshouka (eggs cooked in tomato base) and tea. The service was nice and we got seated almost right away. Best Iraqi Dolma Ive had!!!! Ottawa has been blessed. Delicious Iraqi food, the lamb liver was delicious as well. Love the decor and love supporting family owned restaurants. Owners are lovely people and really care to make beautiful food. Will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu 🤤🤤🤤
