Tonight was our worst experience ever at this Harveys! We have been loyal customers for the last 15 years but after tonight we will not be back! We walked in and waited over 5 minutes to place our order as your staff was too busy chatting and ignoring us! Once we were finally acknowledged I said to the young lady Hi, how are you? To which she ignored, that's fine, you don't need to make small talk me! We ordered our meal and we were sent to the other counter to wait for our food! Wait we did... our drinks were all but thrown at us and we still continued to wait... the young lady who dresse

I had a really disappointing experience at Harvey’s. I ordered a chicken burger, and the chicken was extremely dry and hard—very difficult to eat. The onion rings were burnt and full of oil, making them unpleasant. I also tried the chicken strips, but they were tough and overcooked as well. Overall, the food quality was very poor, and it was not worth the money at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Came to this location of Harvey's for a quick bite before a flight. The location is a few minutes away from the Ottawa-Cartier International Airport, in a little plaza along with other businesses and restaurants. There are no Harvey's restaurants where I live, so this was a bit of a change from our usual hamburger restaurant choices back home. There was not much of a wait for the food, and we enjoyed the hamburger and poutine, and the burger's toppings were applied per our order. Plenty of tables and seats in the restaurant, along with free parking outside that's shared with other businesses.

I have been to this franchise many times before and I always have liked the service. The food always meets my expectations. On my last visit I really felt that the staff on the shift were happy being there. They were laughing and were having pleasant discussions with each other while they were working.
