Pretty good pizza. A bit heavy on the grease. Online price did not reflect in store pick up price which was quite a bit more than expected. Order was done fairly quick. Easy parking.

Every time we order they are always late. 1+ hour delivery, food is cold by the time it gets here. Way too expensive for this service, order somewhere else.

Ordered online, go to pick up for the designated time. The employee doesn't know how to enter my online gift card of the store so he calls his team leader. Team leader comes over and doesn't know either so then without saying anything he just leaves and go back to make pizzas. 10 min later a delivery guy enter and helps me. He doesn't know how either so I make him call the owner of the place who then tells him how to do it and fix my issue. Waited 20 minute because of lack of trying from the employees and went home with a cold pizza and poutine.

The food itself is 10/10, nothing to complain about. The delivery is a whole different thing. They mess up the delivery 1/3 of the time. Last time they gave us the wrong pizza, this time they just never showed up, never called, and then canceled our delivery saying we're not home. We've been waiting 2hrs for the delivery literally sitting in our living room. No "sorry about that", nothing. Just blaming us for your employee's incompetence.
