i was looking for a good vegetarian snack and looked online and saw the restaurant had a vegetarian platter so decided to try it out. The veggie platter had cucumbers, crostini, and tortilla chips with guacamole, spinach hummus and vegan queso. the guacamole and hummus was really good while the vegan queso tasted more like salsa versus queso. the chips also came out of a bag and would’ve been better if they were fresh. the crostini were alright with nice portion size but a little less fresh. good portion and decent flavor but some items were better than others

Absolutely fantastic service at this cafe! The servers and cashier were super friendly, the vibe was definitely there, it felt cozy and welcome, beautiful to sit here with the sun streaming in. Got this sandwich with salad and potatoes, it was not bad! In my opinion the cheese was too tangy to be paired with the tomato, which caused it to overpower the flavour of the eggs on the sandwich. Salad was really good, I didn't care too much for the potatoes, they were cooked well, but a bit too heavy on the seasoning (I believe it was oregano). Overall I had a positive experience and would return!!

I have symptomatic celiac disease and I was very happy to find a place with gluten free options in central downtown Guelph. I am happy to report that the kitchen kept me safe. The food is delicious and fresh and the GF bread is incredible. Wow what a nice cafe. Great service too! Super down to earth, nice folks. Thank you!!

My nephew and I came from Kitchener to try and it didnt disappoint. A nice amount of variety without having too many options making it overwhelming. Menu was detailed in letting know what was vegan, what could be modified to be and what was not. Good variety for plant based and gluten free. We ordered the platter to share, and a sandwich each to split with their potatoes. Everything tasted fresh, great portions and a good variety of vegetables used in varying elements. Definitely would return as its a very relaxed environment that feels like youre lounging while having lunch.
