I really like the location and service at the Guildford Mall branch. There’s usually a long lineup, but the crew consistently provides fast and excellent service. I love getting both iced and hot drinks here, whether I’m by myself, with friends, or with family. You can dine in, to go, sit in the food court, or relax on the benches outside the mall. It’s nice to enjoy your Tims before or after shopping at near other stores. 👍👌👏

I had a really great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff especially were very attentive even though they're always busy. Jamie especially was very helpful with my mobile order. My order wasn't showing up in their tills even though my app said I ordered at their specific store, had my order number, etc, but she handled it professionally and found a solution and quickly got my order made even through the busy-ness.

I placed an online order a few minutes ago and, technically, I paid for a coffee, a cup, and a sleeve. However, when I arrived, I was told (rather sarcastically) that they had run out of sleeves and that my options were either to pay for an extra cup or use napkins to carry the hot coffee. The conversation was handled in a way that felt dismissive and somewhat insulting. I understand that businesses occasionally run out of supplies; that's normal. What isn't normal is expecting customers to pay extra for an item that is meant to be provided as part of the service. The coffee was very hot, and

Very disappointing service. Most customers were only ordering donuts and coffee, yet the wait time was extremely long. My husband ordered KFC and received his food much faster than it took for me to get a single apple fritter and a tea from Tim Hortons. He ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes just for my order. No wonder there’s always a line—it’s about ten minutes per customer. The line felt endless. Service was very slow and poorly managed for such simple items.
