I’ve visited this Tim’s branch occasionally, either through the drive-thru or by ordering inside. The store is small and shares space with a convenience store at the gas station. The staff are nice and serve orders quickly. Although there can sometimes be a long lineup, the service remains efficient and pleasant.

I stopped by the drive-thru today and had a special time. I really took the time and asked for their names, Flora and Rosana, who provided more than just the usual drive-thru experience, taking the time to chat and make my day. Their kindness were noticeable, and I will definitely be back. I wish more establishments would follow their example because they wouldn’t know the difference it makes into once life. Again thank u for ur kindness.

Enough of ordering from this Tim Hortons now ! Ordered my Tea through drive through one day and it tasted like trash. But I didn’t complained thinking that it’s okay, everybody makes mistakes. I’m working in customer service from last 5 years so I understand it very well that not everyday is yours. But I’m writing a review when same thing happened for fourth time. I ordered for a farmers breakfast wrap and please see the picture of the wrap they served. It wasn’t even closed properly and inside the wrap was horrible. It can be served Much better ! And again my Tea tasted like yuck today.

Every time I use this drive-thru, I end up getting harassed by people hanging around the area. They come up to your car asking for money, and if you ignore them, they start tapping on your window to get your attention. It’s uncomfortable and honestly feels unsafe. What’s worse is there are often people openly smoking crack right behind the drive-thru intercom, and there’s garbage everywhere. It’s a terrible look and completely ruins the experience. I get that some of this might be outside of the store’s full control, but it feels like management isn’t even trying to deal with it. At the very
