My family and I occasionally stop by this Wendy’s location, and our experiences have always been enjoyable. The staff is efficient, serving our orders promptly, and the restaurant has a nice, welcoming atmosphere. We often pass by this branch when visiting a friend nearby, and its convenient location makes it easy to stop for a quick meal. The store also offers parking and a drive-thru, which adds to the overall convenience.

There was a couple inside who just had to have an opinion on every single person that came into the building. Really killed the experience outside the food but thats Guilford for you. Otherwise service was so quick that I barely had time to sit down.

Absolutely bad service… cold food, fries were so saturated in oil it came thru the brown bag. Tried to talk to manager instead of listening she had an attitude started arguing. Been come to this location for more than a decade but service has been so bad will stop coming to this location

Very cold and soggy fries! 🥶 Medium fries felt like a small. 👎 I ordered at the drive thru around 8-8:30pm November 17 and ordered a combo and paid extra for a medium upgrade but I felt like I got ripped off. The medium fries felt like a small and I noticed they just used fries that were sitting out for a long time which would explain why they gave me very little fries. I can't believe I paid ~$16 for my combo. Such a rip off. I now remember why I stopped eating in fast food restaurants. This place is very poorly managed in my opinion.
