Today was my last time ordering from this location unfortunately. It’s really gone down hill as this is my third incorrect order. They need to pay more attention to putting the requested ingredients, especially as portions are already small. I paid extra for some additional ingredients that I did not receive in my rice bowl along with some of the regular included ingredients being missed. Really disappointing for a 25$ meal. The worst part of today’s experience though would be the joke of a portion for the chicken bites. I’ll include below a photo of how it’s advertised and what I received

I used to love Pita Pit but stopped going very often since this location never had smoothies which is like half of what pita pit is. But there is a new owner of this location now and the smoothies are back after like 3 years! Everyone is very nice and they are working to make more and more improvements. I believe in the summer they will have a joint location with second cup as well. I don’t often leave reviews like this but wanted to because I used to go regularly years ago and it seems like this location is finally gonna be good again.

First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! I tried a chicken souvlaki pita with lots of fresh veggies and delicious seasonings. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning soon.

Had a great experience at Pita Pit! I wasn’t sure what to order, but Himank helped me choose the Falafel Rice Bowl — and it was the perfect choice. The flavors were amazing, fresh ingredients, and everything was perfectly balanced. Really appreciate his friendly service and helpful suggestions. Definitely coming back again! 🙌
