Very slow regardless how many people are here. Never have a mobile order prepared no matter how early you order it. Owner doesn't seem to care as they have not fixed the broken latte machine for weeks... at a coffee shop. The staff are however always friendly

Thank you to other staff members that work here are fantastic!!! and make really good coffee! but the younger girl that wears glasses is a bit bigger brown hair very unprofessional worker and is very cocky and rude an likes to argue I will be making a report on her because of the fact every time I go in there she argues with me about coffee not getting burnt I understand in your guys perspective it's not burnt it's the smell in The Taste no one wants to drink or smell burnt coffee that tastes like charcoal and I'm sorry I've done my research it is not safe nor good to drink coffee that smells

This is my local Tim hortons and my orders are always correct and the service is always good. But on Sunday February 22 at around 8 or 9 pm there was one girl working the entire place. She was doing drive thru, the front counter, making all the drinks and food, etc. She remained friendly and professional the entire time. An exceptional worker and member of your team. I hope she sees this and is reminded that people do notice her hard work
