Service is fine. Food is very average, but sold at premium price. $12.28 is what I paid for this « deluxe » breakfast sandwich and a large latte. When ordering at this Tim you should expect to get your drink at the right end of the counter, and the food on the left end. So you have to monitor the whole place to ensure you get your stuff…. After waiting 5 minutes for my latte, the courteous cashier told me mine was on a different part of the counter… and it wasn’t called so I had no idea I was waiting besides my drink. Then I went on the « food side » and they told me was « deluxe » sandwich

The service at this location is exceptional. My main dude always has my drink ready for me by the time I walk up to the cash. He knows his regulars and he provides great service.

Very slow staff. They act like they don't want to be there. Constantly fighting with each other in front of customers. They can't even get a bagel with cream cheese right. They bark out every customers order at the top of their lungs instead of just giving out a number. This place needs a new, professional Manager.

Very slow. Takes 40+ minutes to fulfill a simple mobile order for double double coffee. That’s inexcusable standard. Sometimes get orders wrong
