Beware customer service. They got my order wrong and after going back inside to correct my order they proceeded to remake the order with clear annoyance. The drinks we received tasted of water, the toasts we ordered were squished into the bag and the staff was, not only impolite but, rude. They went as far to offer the toast that fell to the ground.

Be aware, English speaking people. One employee, on August 9th, 2022, around 6pm was not to happy with me because I ordered "2 donuts in French and I made the 'Mistake" of saying kruller" instead of roulette au miel. Monsieur was very upset and said "We are in Quebec, we speak French here". The whole order was in French except for the "bad boy: kruller" which is actually a German word. On top of this, isn't Tim Horton an English person who started the company? Well, no more buying in this Tim Hortons. By the way, I am from this area. I just happen to have the good fortune of being bilin
