Super friendly staff that showed pride in their work and offerings. The (baked) blueberry bannock and cinnamon sugar (deep fried) bannock are / were delicious and worth trying. Soft, dense, "bouncy" texture. The fact that this is a nod to First Nations culture makes it even better. Id love to see more locations... South and West Coast please.

I took my newfie mother to visit and experience Kamloops indigenous culture. We absolutely fell in love with the food, art, and music of this place. This is definitely a gem here in Kamloops. For the price I paid I’m very very pleased and the food was filling. The amazing worker at the counter helped us pick what we wanted (even as a picky eater), and gave us a treat to welcome us to Kamloops. Will definitely return

DEEELIIIICCIOUSSS!!!! i think about the baked saskatoon bannock every single day. it has been the highlight of this city. whenever i have to go to the hospital (frequent; i have health issues) i always get a bannock right after and i feel WONDERFUL. it is the highlight of so many of my days here. i think about this bannock constantly. if it was the only thing i could eat for the rest of my life i would be completely okay with that and never tire of it! i always rave to my friends about it. i will never panic because i know they have bannock:) i also want to say that the workers there are cons

So good! I want to try the whole menu after my first visit. The maple coquihalla fog was delicious and a unique tea latte I would order again. The back bacon and sockeye brekkie bannocks were both fantastic - the bannock was so fresh and they were loaded with toppings. The prices are very reasonable for how filling it is and beats a chain restaurant breakfast sandwich any day.
