Tried giving us the drinks and food that the people in front of us were given and gave back to the staff. It was my order. No manager available. By the time we ordered and received it was 15 minutes for 3 meals that usually takes less than 3 minutes to make. Staff was very nice to us.

I ordered breakfast this morning including one cold drink and one hot coffee. I understand that I didn’t get a straw because I didn’t mention it when I order through my phone. But I did made a note and said I would like some cream and sugar on the side. But I still didn’t get them 😞. The staff were nice and greeted warmly and I like McDonald’s so much since I was in elementary school. That’s why I still gave a higher rating. I think you can and will do better next time.

Honestly if you can go to a different location in town it's worth it. I estimate they have a 70% chance to get your order correct at this location. I have friends in Dallas that will skip this location to go to Sahali. If you call to report it they don't add credit under your name, they take your info and say something will be mailed out but nothing ever shows up.

I’m not sure what this establishment has come to. We ordered 4 drinks, got parked, and waited 7 + minutes. I had to get out of my vehicle to ask what was up. One of the workers came out and apologiesd saying he had the receipt and then it got thrown out, so forgot about our order… I’m sorry but when I was a manager for these McDonald restaurants we didn’t park coffee orders and we definitely didn’t clear it off the screen until the order was completed.
