Since we were a larger group, we were seated in a private area, which was a nice touch and made it easy to chat comfortably. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. The drinks and food were both enjoyable. Meanwhile, the main dining area had a great energy, especially with the hockey game on the big screen. We’ll definitely try sitting there next time!

The place to go when you want to feel good. Food is fresh, tasty, visually nice but the best is their beer! They have one the to coolest of not the coolest pub accessible for anyone. I love to spend my friday lunch there and i know that the atmosphere at dinner time is even better. Living in gatineau, ottawa is lucky to have 3B in town!!!

Good for a sit-down meal at a dining table or the bar or patio (weather permitting). German and French (Alsatian!) inspired food and excellent house-made beer. Great, airy dining space with a mix of cozy booths and bright (but not quite communal) beer hall table seating. Private-ish upstairs dining area for parties.

I enjoyed my rib sandwich, and the patio setup was absolutely perfect for a summer day. Update: I’ve visited this place three times, each time with a large group of 10–20 people. On all three occasions, I really enjoyed the taste of my order. Kudos to the chef for the consistently great food! The only downside is that, each time, we encountered waitstaff who seemed a bit rude or short-tempered, which made some of our friends hesitant to ask for anything. I feel this might reflect more on the management, as perhaps the staff are overworked or stressed. Overall, I’d still recommend the food,
