We’ve been coming to this location for about two years mainly because it’s convenient. Unfortunately, the experience has been inconsistent. There are only two staff members who consistently make great wraps, whenever someone else prepares them, the quality really drops. We’ve received wraps that are poorly assembled, sometimes not even fully closed, making them difficult to eat. On a few occasions, they’ve been torn open altogether. I got the beef poutine and shawarma many times and each time there was something wrong with the food. recently I got the poutine again and I promise I’m not planting this on god I found a marker cap in my food I was at another location one time with friends and they forgot an entire shawarma from our order but we realized this when we got home Go with caution

Hate to say it but my Shawarma was delivered literally torn apart from centre. Please train your staff on how to wrap. Few days back, I went for pickup and a girl over there was making a wrap. I could see that forgot to add hot sauce. I told her that she might have missed it. She agreed to it but then wanted to give it on side.. No it doesn’t work that way !! Staff training is needed
