Don’t know how to prepare a wrap properly and grill it. I am paying money to get a wrap more over these people don’t have any interest in making one properly. The wrap is coming out and no sauce inside, not at all grilled and everything feels like raw. Already told once when I’m getting the wrap previously but no one changed. Pity on them. Please try to make properly.

We ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and there was barely any cream cheese in it — honestly, people apply more butter than what was put on our bagel. It’s not just this instance, though. We’ve also noticed that sleeves are never offered with the coffee, and there seems to be an order mistake about 1 out of every 5 visits. The staff is polite overall, which we appreciate, but they don’t seem very attentive. We’re sharing this as feedback because we genuinely hope to see some improvement.

Stopped by Timmis today and grabbed a hot chocolate with some Timbits. Everything tasted great, and the service was genuinely friendly. Nice little experience overall.

I recently visited Tim Hortons drive thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich, but I was extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the service. The sandwich I received was poorly assembled and coffee was cold as well. This kind of quality is unacceptable, leaving me frustrated with the overall experience. I hope management takes immediate action to improve both food preparation and customer service.
