I thought the concept of watching a demonstration in the chef's theatre and then making the food was really unique. I enjoyed the Appy they served while we watched. The food we made tasted like high quality ingredients and the pad thai was so fun to make. I liked the social aspect of eating the food we made all together at two long tables. All in all it felt like really great value and a unique experience. Can't wait for my next class!
