I have been coming here for the past 10 years, and used to love the food and atmosphere. I had family visiting from out of town and brought them here. Unfortunately, I doubt I will be back anytime soon after this recent experience. We waited 25 minutes for all the food to arrive: two sandwiches, two iced coffees and a cookie. The last item to arrive was a sandwich that was very burnt; we mentioned it to the waitress, and she ignored us and walked away. We tried a bite, but it was too burnt. Absolutely LOVE Juniper Cafe. My fiancé and I always stop here whenever we visit Kingston. Their Brie-L-T is to die for. The ingredients are always so fresh and their latte is fantastic as well. Also, can't beat the view! Such a gem ♥️

I would say the sandwiches were really good, and the coffee was great too. I ordered everything for here, but my coffee was given to me in a to go cup. Nevertheless, everything tasted really good. The view was also beautiful!

Worst iced latte of my life. Tasted like watered down milk. Had to get an espresso shot to try to fix it and they charged $4.20 for a shot. Watery flavourless overpriced shot didn’t help save the latte. Overpriced mediocre food. But they do have a great view I’ll say and pretty decent service.
