We stumbled upon Sima Sushi during a stop in Kingston and I’m so glad we did! The sushi was really fresh, authentic, creative and truly some of the best we’ve had so far! The fish tasted clean and high-quality, and the portions were generous (there are no tiny cuts here). The service was wonderful, very attentive, kind, and made us feel welcome right away. You can tell they take pride in what they do! The atmosphere was cozy and thoughtful, with a clean, tidy space that made the experience feel even more special. Yikes! Fell upon this place and i’m not sorry. This unknown gem serves up some of the best rolls i’ve ever eaten. Fresh ingredients, great portion size and a mildly quiet atmosphere was the perfect equation. I didn’t have to eat for the rest of the day, mind you, i did order 2 different rolls. Nommy, nommy.

I ordered the lunch combo, which came with miso soup, salad, sashimi, and sushi. It was an amazing deal for the price and included plenty of food. The sashimi and sushi were incredibly fresh, and the cuts were excellent. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. If you're looking for a great lunch special with high-quality sushi, I highly recommend checking this place out!

All I can say is that the food here is fresh and delicious. Every time I make it to Kingston I stop in and they never disappoint. Perfect every time. It is a small, quaint little place although can be a little cool in the winter time if you sit to close to the door. Drafty I would say.
