Small cozy Japanese restaurant that serves pretty standard fare. Has all the things you know and love like Cali roll, kappa roll, bentos and sashimi. I liked the interior decor especially the hanging red lanterns and the place was tidy. Quick service and the place was pretty busy when I walked in for lunch. Ordered my usual udon and it was on the border of average/great. My noodles were served in a metal bowl with a carrying handle and I found it both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

We have been going to Ladner Sushi with our friends, pretty much every Thursday night for the past couple of years. Ken and Cindy are truly the nicest, friendly and most accommodating hosts. The food is ALWAYS hot (or cold as the case may be) fresh and served with a smile no matter how busy the night. I truly appreciate the freshness of the fish (and NO FARMED SALMON) and variety. This is a true Mom and Pop shop and I highly recommend!
