NEVER cleans their ice cap machines and always taste like expired coffee in the morning, absolutely ridiculous that its always happening, train the employees!! What ice cap is this even supposed to be? I come in 5 mornings a week anda always have to throw out 3-4 of those ice caps in the garbage every week. Go across the street if you want something actually edible.

I've been coming to this Tim's for years, and the service has ALWAYS been great. Marcil is most likely the hardest worker I have seen. She works the mornings and is always joyful, hardworking, and very pleasant. This women deserves a raise and a big bonus. I would hire her in an instant! Thank you for a wonderful service !

Didn’t felt very welcome, maybe I got the staff at the wrong time.. but I felt I was invading her space for no reason. And guess what? I ordered a soup and there was no spoon ~ Well that was the experience I have during that transaction. Let’s hope she will be ok next time.
